We have created a calendar tracker to help an administrator keep track of their observations and routine walkthroughs. We know the value of being a "visable leader" in school. The best way for a principal to understand what is going on in the school is to be in the classrooms as much as possible. We have color coded a calendar in Microsoft Publisher that will allow an administrator to track the grade level, according to color, that he/she has visited each day/week.
